These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on this website.
1. Products
All pieces are handmade ceramics.
Small variations in shape, colour, and texture are natural and part of the handmade process.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, designs, texts, and products, is the intellectual property of the artist and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
The purchase of a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
2. Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of stock issues or unexpected problems.
3. Prices
All prices are listed in euros (€).
Prices may change at any time, but the price at checkout is the one applied to your order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are prepared within 2–3 working days, unless otherwise stated.

International
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
5. Pickup at the Atelier
Pickup is available at our Marseille atelier.
Orders are prepared within 2 working days.
You will receive an email when your order is ready, including all pickup details.
6. Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Conditions:
Items must be unused and in their original condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Items must be carefully packaged to avoid damage during return
7. Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces
Made-to-order or custom pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
These items are created specifically for you and are therefore excluded from the standard return policy.
8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
photos of the item
photos of the packaging
We will review the situation and offer a solution.
